Vienna wins her class at Crufts. She was entered in Post Graduate Bitch and from an entry of 9 with 1 absent, Vienna was pulled out first. Thankyou to the judge, who was Janet Biddlecombe.
BSDA OF GB SHOW 6TH APRIL 2008
Vienna wins her Post Graduate Bitch class from an entry of 5 with 1 absent. She was then awarded Reserve Best Bitch. Thankyou to the judge, who was Terry Hodkinson.
ISLE OF WIGHT CANINE ASSOC. SHOW APRIL 2008
The IOWCA holds 2 dog shows per year which are usually held on the non-group system, this was the first time in many years that the April show was run on the group system. I would like to thank the Committee for such a well organised and enjoyable show. I hope they decide to repeat the same system every year, with one show being group and the other non-group.
Results: Ringo = 2nd in AVNSC Pastoral Junior under Julie Hibbert and = 1st in AV Puppy stakes under Ben Reynolds-Frost
Vienna = 1st in AVNSC Pastoral Post Graduate and = 4th in AV Mainland stakes
Daz = 2nd in AVNSC Pastoral Open
Samantha and Daz then won the YKC 17-24yrs Handling class which qualifies them for the Crufts final in 2009. Congratulations to them both and thank-you to the judge, Amber.
SOUTHERN BORDER COLLIE CHAMP SHOW APRIL 08
This was held at the Lockmeadow Market, Maidstone. Thanks to the Committee for a nice show, the venue suited the 2 rings and the atmosphere was very friendly.
